Assess only resources that meet operating, permission and market conditions.

Flexible compute

Identify batch inference, training, backup and tuning tasks that may pause, move or wait. Preserve service protection for online workloads.

Renewable matching

Assess onsite solar, storage and eligible procurement. Verify physical supply and environmental attributes; dispatch records alone do not establish zero-carbon operation.

Market services

Evaluate demand response, ancillary services and trading according to entity eligibility, response capability and local rules. Access to every product is not assumed.

Joint scheduling

Consider deadlines, data location, networks, site capacity and energy cost together. Include migration overhead and recovery costs.

Explain the workflow without disclosing internal algorithms, bidding strategies or client data.

Aggregate equipment, metering and task states. Check quality and assess demand, supply and flexibility.

02 Plan & approve

Develop recommendations within business constraints. Define authority, validity and fallback, with accountable approval before execution.

03 Execute & protect

Adjust permitted tasks through agreed interfaces. Verify actual power and service quality, stopping or reverting on exceptions.

04 Verify & settle

Retain declarations, events, readings and acknowledgments. Allocate costs, assess deviations and reconcile under contracts and applicable rules.

Operating value

Compare total energy and maintenance costs at equal workload and quality, rather than a single interval's tariff.

Power-system value

Assess available windows, duration and execution deviations. Use measured response to support resource declarations.

Risk boundaries

Define dispatch uncertainty, performance charges, data permissions and exit terms. Investment and procurement require a complete project assessment.

Assign 1 kWh increments by marginal grid cost. Illustrative tariffs: 0.4 at 00–06 and 23, 1.1 at 17–21, otherwise 0.7 CNY/kWh, not a regional tariff. Excludes migration overhead, demand charges, storage, depreciation, taxes, export revenue and emissions. Peak reduction is not the objective; grid peak may increase. Solar follows a synthetic sine curve.
